Directions for parking at  P5  P6  P40  P41  and  P43 :  From Junction 40 Roundabout, take the A66 towards Keswick.  Travel 0.9.miles to the next roundabout, take the A592 for Ullswater and for :
P5  travel 0.9 miles, park in lay-by on right-hand side; P6  travel 1.7 miles, park on verge, near gate on right-hand side
P40  travel 2.2 miles, park on left-hand side near swing bridge; P41  travel 2.3 miles, park on small lay-by on left hand side
P43  travel 3.7 miles, turn left at T junction for Pooley Bridge, travel 0.4 miles and park in fee paying car park on left just before bridge.
